Understanding the MindBody Connection - Stye
Listen; what is your soul telling you?
I was told to surrender to my souls’ purpose. Isn’t that interesting, I thought I was. Have I self-sabotaged?
For the first time in my life, I had a stye in my eye. The optometrist said, "It's caused by lack of sleep and stress."
Since my sweet Aunty passed, lately, that has been part of my life. So, it makes sense. What about the emotions related to this? I knew the stye had to do with not wanting to see something in my life.
I read the section on eyes & styes in Louise Hay's book - Heal Your Body:
Stye:
Probable Cause:
Not liking what you see in your life.
This is very true. I don't like where I am right now. I am frustrated that I don't have a direction, and I am not entirely following my souls' purpose.
New Thought Pattern:
I now create a life I love to look at.
I am creating a life I love to look at and embrace with excitement, happiness, and joy of my souls' purpose.
This reminds me to have gratitude for how far I have come and that I am on my true life's path.

Gratitude, Gratitude, Gratitude.
It is important to surrender, submit and take action. To not only go the edge of the cliff, but jump off! I most definitely went to the cliff; now, I'm taking action and jumping off. I've done this before. I know how it's done. It is an amazingly wonderful place to be. It is so much fun creating programs and processes that were never there before. To visualize and see what could be.
Give in. You know what your soul wants. Just listen and take action. You are safe. It's not too late. Louise Hay founded Hay House in her 60's. She followed her souls' purpose and created something so successful that others found it and continue to create what she believed; just love yourself.
The soul is part of "us." It is the perfect part of "us." It understands all things and sees beyond your physical and mental limitations. There is no physical or mental illness in the soul. It is whole, and it is complete. It knows your innermost desires. It knows your purpose. It knows your passions. You know when you are not following your souls' purpose. You will live in chaos, be unhappy and always looking for that missing piece in your life. It will be an appetite that cannot be satisfied.
According to Gary Zukav, “When you follow your soul, your life fills with meaning (meaning is your inner compass), purpose and love. You are excited about being alive, you are excited about the people in your life and what you are doing."
Passion is something you desire; it comes from your core being. Your soul's purpose. Your soul is your guide. Your soul is the "truth" of who you are. When you listen to your soul's purpose and speak the "words," you create what you truly want in life. When you follow your soul's purpose, you won't just be making money; you will be making happiness.
Connect to your purpose through meditation, being in nature and those quiet moments in your life. At times your purpose is reflected in other people, circumstances and life experiences. Once you connect to your soul’s purpose, it is a feeling that drives you forward to discover how you can live within that purpose. You find the true meaning for your life and the peace that comes with it.
Meditation helps you centre yourself and supports you in listening to your soul’s purpose. It's always there for you. It's a wonder to pursue and gratifying when you have it. Your soul can lead you to places you never imagined. When you are open to your soul's purpose, you will have experiences and gain knowledge in areas that you never thought were possible. It creates joy and satisfaction. Your path will become clear and rewarding.
