I was given 24 hours to live. I’m here, and I lived many more 24 hours.
24 more hours to speak my truth and live my souls’ purpose, to acknowledge and understand my own emotions, to know that every day is not filled with happiness and to be okay with that.
A new perspective happens when you have learned from the experience and are able to look at the person and/or situation in a different way. You have the freedom to grow once more.
In spite of the trauma, my dad took on the responsibility of marriage and raising two children. How could my dad live his life and from the outside appear to be coping so well?
This year, coming together is so different. How do we navigate this?
Mirror Work is when we look into a mirror and truly see ourselves. Look deep into those eyes, and you will see your soul. What is your soul saying to you?
I love learning the ‘why’ behind the reasons events, holidays or celebrations began and evolved. My curiosity about Halloween is because I desire to have change of mindset about this season.
