The Journey - Be Loving to your Negatives

The journey of getting here in this time and place has come through barriers of disconnecting from self, from others, from opportunities. Yet, we have somehow arrived and survived.

Are you exactly where you were when you began this journey of human existence?

Over the years on this earth, your physical form changed.

Have your experiences changed you?

Have you learned to connect to yourself? To understand emotions and feelings. If not, have you or your experiences, your perceptions put up barriers from further learning?

For me, I have had times where I don’t connect to my souls’ purpose. Where I have ignored the triggers, the signs and the sensations in my body. Or refused to truly hear what others may have to teach me.

What happens when you disconnect? You are triggered and create barriers or stop the process of learning and experiencing.

Barriers are caused by fear, lack of confidence, judgement, anger. The obstacles are put up unconsciously.

Heart barrier: not listening to the unspoken messages from the heart.

Angry barrier: clouds your perception of yourself and the world around you.

Fear barrier: may come from a belief, if we isolate ourselves or hide who we are, we are protecting ourselves.

Lack of confidence barrier: the paralyzing ability to speak up and be heard. This barrier limits you from becoming who you are meant to be.

Judgement barrier: keeps you stuck exactly where you are right now.

You create barriers in the relationship with your own body, relationships with friends, co-workers, partners, etc. When you hear something that makes you uncomfortable, you put up barriers. This stops you from learning and understanding other perspectives.

All these barriers cause you to miss opportunities and remain closed to growth to learn and experience something different.

The barriers you put up limit you from reaching your full potential.

Your messages, your knowledge, it’s important to share. Share so others may learn, share so others may have increased knowledge, share so you may add to what the universe needs to heal itself.

 

Be who you are.

Love who you are.

Share who you are.
