Hope
Once again we find ourselves in a place where hope seems a concept that may not be realized.
Hoping for the present situation to be better. Better than what?
Hope the future is better than today. Hope that tomorrow will be different than today.
What are you hoping for?
Hope is not a dream of what you want, it is an understanding of how you want it. Hope comes from within.
If you hope for things to be different, then you are not living in this moment. You miss what’s right in front of you.
If you hope your children will grow up faster, then you miss them growing up. If you hope your workday will go by fast, then you miss the day and the moments to experience and appreciate the subtle things. Such as the ray of sunshine through the window, or the shape of a snowflake, or a child’s smile.
Hope puts you in a place of knowing. Of knowing that what is happening right now is exactly where and how it’s meant to be. Hope is knowing that when you find yourself in circumstances or situations that are uncomfortable, it will always get better. The change will happen where you will leave the experience behind and take the lesson forward.
Hope is where you find love. A place where you find a home. A grounded feeling that all is going to be okay or is okay.
Hope brings sunshine into our lives. It creates the beauty you want and desire within you. Hope is a place of peace and contentment.
I hope you see what is right in front of you.
I hope you hear words that are uplifting and healing.
I hope you touch what you love.
I hope that what you smell reminds you of all the good things in life.
I hope what you feel gives you warm fuzzy feelings.
