Being centred, being present, being connected to who you really are, is the best place of being.
As you learn to ground yourself, observe rather than judge what you see or hear. You come into yourself in a way that gives you peace. This peace supports your immune system, offers healthy thoughts and the actions come from a place of love. You develop an attitude that all is and will be okay. You reduce stress on your body, mind and soul.
For life is for learning, creating and discovering. Discovering who you are and how you are with others. For letting go of the small stuff and holding on to the important memories, remembering those you love and creating what touches your heart. Being able to connect with your passion. For that is where you find true joy.
For just being awakens your soul, and you feel things differently than before. You accept things as they are, even if you don’t always agree with them. It’s a matter of embracing what you see around you as something to observe and become curious about.
To have an open mind and be comfortable within yourself. Being able to come to your own conclusions and make decisions without having to tell or convince others. To allow and give other people the space to live as they choose.
Being your own person and not changing for others or circumstances. Being true to yourself and others. Being okay being alone and in silence. Give your human body the opportunity to heal, rejuvenate and become whole once again.
