Awakening

A true awakening of your soul brings awareness you never understood or realized before.

How do you awaken your soul, your mind and your spirit?

Listen and pay attention to those small nuances that you hear, see or feel. Usually, the feeling is observed within your body.

Awakening could feel like a wave coming towards you and felt inside the body. It may also feel like a shock or an aha moment. At times we call them epiphanies.

Take time to pause, observe and ask; “what do I need to know right now?” When you accept what has been said, observed or felt, you have experienced an awakening.

Change brings awakening. When you change, you see, hear, feel and understand things differently. When you accept that you were or are wrong, you change your reactions to situations. When you change your behaviour towards others and yourself, you have an awakening.

As you accept what is without, judgment or expectation you are awakened.

The world is experiencing an awakening right now. You are awakened to the knowledge that as humans you really can’t control the decisions or reactions of others. You are awakened to the change that is happening in your world today. You will create an awakening of what’s happening in the world today, by accepting it with love and compassion.

In your human form, as you awaken your mind and soul, you live life with wide-eyed wonder. Waiting for the opportunity to learn more, see more, experience more, to understand more.

An awakening creates curiosity of yourself, others and the world you live within. The possibilities of what might be or become.

An awakening helps you recognize yourself differently. To observe what you have not before.

Embrace your awakening(s), for when you do, the experience will create happiness completeness and elation.

Be open, to accepting those awakenings are safe and can be humbling.
