People who are afraid of being in public create reasons and excuses for avoiding what they don’t like to do. Sometimes the skin also creates blemishes or acne to justify the need to hide. To hide from others and themselves.
Some feel awkward, some feel like an outsider. Acne may cause embarrassment or shame and the need to cover up. Other feelings are of being flawed. Judging parts of themselves physically and creating acne to justify not appearing in public. Or the belief that people don’t want to see them. So, they hide their face or use clothing to cover the parts of their bodies that are affected.
Most times people pick at the acne flareups and cause scarring. Picking is another form of not accepting the self. Ask your heart; What’s the reason I am picking on myself? The answer will be revealed, and you will understand completely why your skin has created acne. Take this answer and create affirmations to support reversing the thought patterns.
The belief of dislike of the self and thoughts of trying to figure out how they can be public, yet at the same hide, causes stress. Thinking; take care of me I’m scared.
