Self-Care in Times of Chaos

Today I take care of me!

All parts of me,

My mind,

My body and,

My soul.

I will embrace this care with gratitude, by being still for a time and in movement for a time.

I will have the guilt free pleasure of enjoying each and every moment of pure self-care.

For I know when I do self-care, I am in place where I can take care of others.
