Acceptance
To find peace and healing on this planet. Somewhere, somehow there needs to be acceptance of who you are and how you are. To embrace the complete person as you are and have become. To accept that your words, thoughts and actions create your presence and affect your future.
To accept the process, the past and the present for what it is and has been. To open your mind to really see what has and is occurring. To accept the actions and reactions that have brought you here and now, in this time and this place.
To accept that some have blonde hair, red hair, brown hair, black hair, pink hair, etc. that skin colours are different. To know we are all the same inside. To accept our differences and see the similarities.
Learning to be okay in your body. Accepting what they are and what they look like. Celebrating their resilience. Their ability to experience pain, dis-ease and recovery. To accept that life sometimes gives us thorns instead of roses. To accept that being open gives you the ability to learn.
To accept unconditionally how others believe, live and talk. To accept the actions of others with curiosity and not hold judgement. For we really don’t know why they do what they do.
It is only your perspective that decides what is right or wrong. This perspective is yours alone and is not or does not affect others’ choices or decisions. Your perspective only affects you! Don’t expect others to see, feel or hear things the way you do. They can’t!
To accept that you are not perfect. To accept that life is about experiencing and learning. To accept that others are just where they are, without the need to change them. The only change that can occur is within yourself.
To live in the truth of yourself and become accepting of how you have evolved and come to this place. To accept a place for yourself on this earth. To accept what you know, what you have known and still don’t know.
To accept that the next best thing is right here and right now. To accept all as a place of peace and knowing. For when you accept all that is and has been, your body, mind and soul find a presence that is fulfilling and gratifying.
Accepting that you are whole, healthy, and complete, just as you are.
Where you can breathe in courage, acceptance, abundance, striving and healing, you breathe out fear, trepidation, hurts, judgement and criticism.
When you open your heart to love what is before you, cynicism becomes optimism, belief, trust and hope.
